Civil Services Coaching and Mentoring
A Vision for Preparing Ethical, Service-Minded Leaders for India

Background & Rationale
India today needs civil servants who possess integrity, compassion, moral courage, and deep commitment to public welfare. Inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s call for nation-building through man-making education, the Ramakrishna Mission Vijayawada seeks to establish a Civil Services Coaching and Mentoring Centre to support sincere aspirants—especially from Andhra Pradesh—who wish to dedicate their lives to public service.

While many coaching centres focus solely on academics, Ramakrishna Mission’s approach will be distinct: It will combine academic excellence with character formation, mental discipline, yoga, meditation, and value-based leadership training, making aspirants not only capable officers but also ideal human beings grounded in dharma.
