VCHE Refund and Cancellation

  1. Participants cannot claim refund of the fees once paid. 
  2. Books/Articles once sold will not be returned/refunded.
  3. VCHE reserves the right to refuse any Refund/Cancel request.
  4. All refund requests must be made by participant
  5. Refund requests must include Participant name, Transaction details, Payment details.
  6. Any eligible refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.


    A. General Exceptions
    In exceptional circumstances, and following due consideration, the management may grant an exception upon determining the genuineness of the issue on a case‑by‑case basis. In such instances, any approved refund will be processed between 10~15 working days.

    B. Duplicate Payments
    In the event of a duplicate payment made through online by a participant or a purchaser of books or articles, based on the request, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be reimbursed between 10~15 working days.

    C. Course Enrollment Payments
    Prior to making the online payment for course enrollment, students are required to contact the Admissions Officer to confirm the commencement date of the course. Upon receiving confirmation of the seat, the payment may be made. Refunds related to course enrollment will be considered only under exceptional circumstances as outlined above.

    D. Online transaction issue
    If, during an attempt to make a payment, you do not receive a confirmation message due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure, or a technical issue with the website, yet the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact us. We will verify the transaction status and provide you with an update accordingly.
